We know windows 8.1 (home & pro) will upgrade to 10 free of charge. I was unable to find this version of windows anywhere.

You can also download windows 8.1 core free download iso 32 bit 64 bit. I was unable to find this version of windows anywhere. Windows 8.1 with bing isn't restricted in any way that i'm aware of, and it's easy enough to switch from bing to google (or whatever is your favourite search engine).

What about 8.1 with bing? But as far as i understood, it will only be usable on this device (which is fine), and only when performing an upgrade. We know windows 8.1 (home & pro) will upgrade to 10 free of charge.

This issue with not being able to download the iso is pretty much the only issue i'm aware of, and it's possible to work around by. I've been jerked around for the past two days trying to find the iso files for this stupid os, and i swear hp customer service can bite me, i have to pay to get customer service on a product that's two years old?
